How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 3 to 7 business days. Faster options, when available, are shown at checkout. Digital items arrive by email within minutes.

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Under $50, the rate is shown at checkout, and your cart will tell you exactly how much more you need to reach free shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If something is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Full details, including what applies to candles, mists, elixirs and digital items, are on our Shipping and Returns page.

How do I find my ring size?

Our Ring Size Guide has a printable method and a size chart with inner diameters in millimeters. Our rings come in US sizes 6, 7, 8 and 9. If you are between sizes, we suggest going up.

What are your pieces made of?

Our jewelry uses stainless steel, with 14K gold plating on gold-color Luxe necklaces. Stones are natural crystals such as rose quartz, citrine, carnelian, green aventurine and black agate. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?

Our Luxe necklaces, rings and number necklaces are described as waterproof and tarnish-resistant, so everyday life is fine. To keep the shine, rinse off perfume, lotion and cleaning products and pat your piece dry.

Are the crystals real?

Yes, our stones are genuine and natural. Because they come from nature, color, banding and patterns vary from stone to stone, so your piece is one of a kind.

How do the rituals work?

Our candle spells, elixirs and mists are tools for intention-setting. You choose a goal, follow the simple steps, and use the moment to focus. Rituals are personal practices, not guarantees, and results vary. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. All ritual products are for ages 18+.

Is it safe to burn the candles?

Used with care, yes. Trim the wick to 1/4 in, place the candle in a holder or fireproof bowl on a heat-safe surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets and anything flammable.

How do digital items arrive?

Guides and ebooks are delivered by email as a PDF download right after checkout. The 21-day program in our kit arrives as a daily email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we will resend it.

Do you offer payment plans?

Where available, Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible orders into smaller payments at checkout. Availability depends on your order and location.
