Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Standard shipping: about 3 to 7 business days after processing. Free on orders over $50.
Faster options: shown at checkout when available, with their rates.
Digital items: delivered by email immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not see them, or contact us.
Tracking: a tracking link is emailed once your order ships.
Destinations: we ship to the locations offered at checkout. Delivery estimates above apply to domestic orders.
Customs and taxes: international orders, if offered, may be subject to duties or taxes set by the destination country and paid by the customer.
Address accuracy: please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reship orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays: carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help you track down any package that seems late.
